With over 20 years of experience in customer service across a wide range of industries, I’ve developed a versatile skill set that enables me to excel in dynamic and high-pressure environments. My career began in fast food and security, where I quickly learned the value of clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service under demanding conditions. These foundational experiences laid the groundwork for my deep commitment to providing high-quality service.
As I transitioned into the insurance industry, working as both a paralegal and claims adjuster, I refined my organizational skills and attention to detail while providing critical support to clients navigating complex and often stressful situations. This period also deepened my empathy and ability to manage client expectations, skills I would carry forward in my future endeavors.
My true passion for service, however, was fully realized when I worked for a private chef over the course of 7 years. Initially hired as a server, I immersed myself in every aspect of the job, learning not only how to prepare meals and properly set tables but also how to manage inventory and kitchen operations. It was through this experience that I honed my skills in event coordination, client interaction, and high-level hospitality. Working in the private sector taught me that the standard for service is elevated; it’s not just about serving food or explaining a menu, but about anticipating guests’ needs, solving problems before they arise, and providing a seamless, high-end experience from start to finish.
This deep immersion into the world of luxury service shaped my approach to every event I manage. Whether I’m bartending, coordinating event staff, or overseeing logistics, I pride myself on delivering discreet, professional service with a personal touch. My commitment to excellence is matched only by my ability to remain organized and calm under pressure—traits that ensure every event is executed flawlessly, regardless of size or scale.
Today, as the owner of We Host, You Toast, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for exceptional service to every event I manage. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, I specialize in providing mobile bartending and event staffing services that guarantee an unforgettable experience for every guest. My goal is to grow and expand across multiple lines of business, offering comprehensive event solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients, while continuing to uphold the highest standards of service.
